Your stylist Jayda has decided to leave the Salon Kephi team in order to spend more time supporting her family and we wish her all the best! Unfortunately this means she will not be available for your upcoming appointment.

We have been working hard to find a new team member and have found one in Ruby. She has 4 years salon experience and is only months away from qualifying as a Senior Stylists.

Salon Kephi owner, Hayley has committed to spending 12 weeks in the salon, personally transferring Jayda’s clients to Ruby. That way you will continue to receive the personalised hair service you have come to expect at Salon Kephi.

On top of that, Ruby’s prices will be ~10% cheaper than our usual Senior rates until she officially qualifies in July 2026.

If you choose this option, we may need to reschedule your existing appointment to make time for this handover experience.
