Your stylist, Jayda, has made the heartfelt decision to step away from the Salon Kephi team so she can spend more time supporting her family. We are truly grateful for her time with us and wish her nothing but the very best. Unfortunately, this means she will not be available for your upcoming appointment.
We’re happy to share that we’ve found a wonderful new team member in Ruby. She has four years of salon experience and is only months away from qualifying as a Senior Stylist.
Over the next 12 weeks, Salon Kephi owner Hayley will be in the salon, personally guiding the transition of Jayda’s clients to Ruby so you can continue to enjoy the personalised care and attention you know and love at Salon Kephi.
During this transition period, Ruby’s prices will be approximately 18% below our standard Senior Stylist rates, up until her official qualification in July 2026.
If you choose this option, we may need to reschedule your existing appointment to make time for this handover experience.

Meet Ruby
Ruby found her passion for hairdressing while completing her Certificate II and was excited to step into an apprenticeship soon after. She loves the relationships built in the salon, enjoying learning from her team and creating genuine connections with clients.
With a quiet, nurturing and easy-going nature, Ruby brings a calm energy to the salon. Outside of work, she spends time on her partner’s family farm, weekends in the tractor, and cuddling up with her four dogs. Ruby’s favourite part of hairdressing is making clients feel special, especially seeing their excitement after a big transformation. We are so excited to be working with Ruby in 2026 and beyond!
