As a part of our commitment to exceptional and boutique service we utilise the Cezanne range of hair care products. The Cezanne keratin-smoothing treatment allows you to keep your natural curls while eliminating the frizz, with minimal maintenance. It does so all without needing to use harsh chemicals. Lasting three to five months, with the specialised shampoo and conditioner included in the price.

Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you give our team 48 hours minimum notice to cancel an appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged prior to your next appointment, we would much prefer you experience our incredible service than incur a fee so please let us know if you cannot attend. We agree your time and ours is valuable and want to give our clients the best. We are a small team often with waiting lists so we hope you understand. If you need to cancel: Call, and if there is no answer please leave a voice message.

Larger appointments may require a deposit to secure your appointment. All technical prices are base rates and are subject to change according to client needs as determined during consultation. Salon Kephi reserves the right to cancel non-confirmed appointments. Although every attempt is taken, Salon Kephi accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to garments during services within the salon. Prices are effective from January 2022 and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
