Please ensure you give our team 48 hours minimum notice to cancel an appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged prior to your next appointment, we would much prefer you experience our incredible service than incur a fee so please let us know if you cannot attend. We agree your time and ours is valuable and want to give our clients the best. We are a small team often with waiting lists so we hope you understand.
